Qui a écrit la chanson ? "The song, entitled Yes We Can, is usually credited to Allen Toussaint but in fact Lee Dorsey was the man who wrote it in 1970. In 1973 the Pointer Sisters made it into a big hit by tossing in an extra Can." (source)

L’histoire des Pointer Sisters est assez chaotique mais elles n’est pas terminée ! Les 4 sœurs, puis 3, puis 2 ont été rejointes par une nièce. Elles continuent de chanter et plutôt mieux qu’on ne pourrait le penser, la preuve :
